How does your Lifetime Warranty work?
We will replace your item for free if any of the following occur
- broken chain,
- broken clasp,
- missing stones.
To submit a warranty claim proof of purchase is required, you must have the following
- order number
- store receipt or email confirmation
- certificate of authenticity

please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of proof of purchase (your receipt) and a clear photo of the damaged product.
Norte: If you do not have proof of purchase, we cannot offer the lifetime warranty. No exceptions can be made.
