How does your Lifetime Warranty work?

We will replace your item for free if any of the following occur

• fading,
• broken chain,
• broken clasp,
• missing stones.

To submit a warranty claim proof of purchase is required, you must have the following 

• order number
• store receipt or email confirmation
• certificate of authenticity

please email us at info@thegoldgods.com with a photo of proof of purchase (your receipt) and a clear photo of the damaged product. 

Note: If you do not have proof of purchase, we cannot offer a lifetime warranty. No exceptions can be made.
