How does your Lifetime Warranty work?
We will replace your item for free if any of the following occur
- fading,
- broken chain,
- broken clasp,
- missing stones.
You must send back the damage or defective item
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs back and providing tracking information. If we cannot verify it has been delivered back to us via tracking, we cannot proceed with warranty replacement.
To submit a warranty claim proof of purchase is required, you must have the following
- order number
- store receipt or email confirmation
- clear photo of product showing reason for warranty claim.

Note: If you do not have proof of purchase, we cannot offer a lifetime warranty. No exceptions can be made.
