How much is shipping?
We offer free USPS priority mail shipping for all orders over $49 within the United States, as well as Free International Shipping via USPS First Class International Mail. We also offer expedited shipping and overnight shipping via UPS or Fedex for a small charge.
How long does shipping and processing take?
Shipping within the United States is handled via USPS and takes on average 3-5 business days after processing (1-2 days). Expedited takes 1-3 business days and Overnight shipping takes 1-2 business days.
International shipping is handled via USPS First Class International and takes anywhere from 14-21 business days.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Keep in mind processing may take 1-2 business days.
What is your Return / Exchange Policy?
For our 18k Plated Collection, we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund or store credit, or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving your order assuming it is in the same new condition as received.
SOLID GOLD AND SILVER ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND RETURNS WILL INCUR A 10% RESTOCKING FEE within 14 days of purchase - However, a one-time exchange for a different length or width is allowed. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for delivery.
Custom Jewelry: Our custom jewelry features precious sterling silver with 14k gold plating or rhodium plating. Each item is made to order. Please allow 10-21 business days for delivery of your custom item. All Custom Jewelry sales are FINAL, No Returns or Exchanges. Custom jewelry is excluded from our lifetime warranty program, However for defective custom jewelry we can offer store credit.
