We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it undamaged for a full refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order and assuming the item(s) are in the same new condition as received. All Solid Gold Sales are Final, Returns / Exchanges are not available.
How does your Lifetime Warranty work?
We also offer an industry leading Lifetime Warranty, our lifetime warranty covers the following: fading, broken chain, broken clasp, missing stones. If any of these occur, then we will replace it for free. Proof of purchase such as order number, store receipt, or certificate of authenticity is required to submit a warranty claim.
To open a Lifetime Warranty Claim for a purchase made at a retail store, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of proof of purchase such as your receipt or certificate of authenticity card and the damaged product. If you do not have proof of purchase, we cannot offer the lifetime warranty. No exceptions can be made.
How much is shipping?
We offer free USPS priority mail shipping for all orders within the United States, as well as Free International Shipping via USPS First Class International Mail. We also offer expedited shipping and overnight shipping via Fedex for a small charge.
How long does shipping and processing take?
Shipping within the United States is handled via USPS and takes on average 3-5 business days after processing (1-2 days). Expedited takes 1-3 business days and Overnight shipping takes 1-2 business days.
International shipping is handled via USPS First Class International and takes anywhere from 14-21 business days.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Keep in mind processing may take 1-2 business days.
